The project deals with maintenance, repair and desilting of live Sewerage Pumping Stations with special tools & equipments along with the isolation of stations and diversion of traffic. The sewerage stations include both Major and Minor sewerage pumping stations.
Preventive maintenance of pumping station includes mechanical & electrical ppm works along with desilting and screen basket cleaning. The works are based on confined space areas and the team is equipped with latest safety equipments in terms of Breathing apparatus, Multi-Gas Monitors, Rescue equipments, etc. Removal of sewage grit, debris, grease, waste, slurry, etc. are performed with appropriate equipment.
Breakdown assistance of pumping stations is a major part of the project to deal with all kind of immediate emergency assistance and troubleshooting of minor Pumping Stations. Another dedicated team ensures the Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of Major Sewerage Pumping stations including the overhauling of Heavy duty pumps, motors, Generators, Penstocks, etc
Skilled manpower and equipment supply to carry out inspections, testing and commissioning of live pumping stations after cleaning and investigation works is also performed within the project scope.
